Hi, I’m Leah. Welcome to LeahLivesConsciously.com! I’m glad you’re here.

I started this blog to connect with others and discuss conscious and intentional living. Put simply, the reason the blog has the name it does is this:

Consciously means “in a deliberate and intentional way”.

Being conscious about the way I live is a messy, imperfect, daily process, and it is wonderful.

The best part is that it looks different for everyone. What you take time to be intentional about and prioritize may look different than what I do, but as long as we are each doing what works for us we are living with intention.

I am passionate about sustainable and ethical fashion, low-waste living, plant-based eating, mental health, and social justice.
